I have been taking all three classes to do same repeatable quest.
I notice that when I click a skill on my Burglar there is a slight delay (maybe 0.25 seconds) after clicking it, and when it fires. This delay does not seem to occur on my other classes.
I tested to make sure the delay was not the normal delay you get when having several skills queue'd.
I let my Burglar sit there getting hit, and fighting with only the default auto-attacks. Then I click an attack, and this little dotted line appears surrounding the skill for maybe 0.25 seconds, then after that the skill fires and the attack happens.
I was wondering if anyone else experiences this on their characters? And if it's something common to Burglars?
I can't imagine this delay is intended by the designers.
