According to this thread on the north american forums, when version 2.5 was released in Korea, all players received 7 Plastic Surgery Tickets by way of compensation and acknowledgement of the fact that the appearance of pre-existing characters had in many cases been adversely affected by the new updated character customisation system.
If this is true, then I wonder if you would be so kind as to explain why it is that western players are undeserving of similar consideration, and whether this was a decision made by NCSoft Korea or NCSoft West?
